Theory & practical test - if required
Some countries require a theory exam and/or a practical driving test before the exchange is approved.

Receive your Danish license
Approval typically takes 4-6 weeks. You'll receive a temporary receipt to drive legally during processing.
Incomplete applications are the most common reason for delays. We review your full document package before submission and tell you exactly what is missing before we proceed.
If your license requires translation, we work with certified translators in Copenhagen. Most translations are completed within 2–3 business days.
